JCP
In 2013, a new leadership team at JCP engaged Eight Inc. to rethink the brand’s image, revamp the existing fleet of stores, and develop a prototype design for new-build locations.
Design work included master planning to incorporate JCP-owned amenities and services along with brand-owned shops. The new retail vision extended to rethinking the facade, signage and branding, interior layout, and a proprietary system of fixtures and lighting. The prototype design led to full-scale mockups and planning for 4 new stores.
We also designed new workspace in Manhattan for JCP research and design teams. The space included ground-floor retail, 4 floors of studio space, and a roof deck.
